Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. 

Free Shipping: Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping. 

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Damaged or Lost Packages: I will package your orders with protection but after I ship, I'm not responsible for lost or damaged products, you will need to file a claim with shipping provider.
